Originator/teacher of wide range of new entrepreneurship management programmes (mostly developed from research) - helping to establish DUBS as lead national and international institution in the small business and entrepreneurship field.

Originator/teacher of consultant training programmes for major official support institutions in the field including the UK Department of Industry Small Firms Service, the Council for Small Industry in Rural Areas (under the Department of Environment); the UK Local Enterprise Agencies; Industrial Training Boards; as well as for regional industrial advisory authorities in the UK.
iii.
Originator of graduate entrepreneurship teaching into DUBS MBA and Undergraduate Programmes (the first Business School nationally to develop substantial programmes in this field in the early 1970s).
iv.
Teaching consultant in small business development to the International Labour Office Centre for Vocational Training in Turin and Director of Teaching Programmes in many different parts of the world.
v.
Author of Education/Training Manuals for the International Labour Office, the UK Manpower Services Commission Training Division, the Department of Trade and Industry, and the European Community Vocations Education Authority (CEDEFOP).
vi.
Originator/Director (and fund raiser) for the UK National Small Business Management Teachers Programme developed under the auspices of the UK Foundation for Management Education and funded by the UK Government and British Banks.
vii.
Originator/Director of the European Entrepreneurship Teachers Programme (ETP) on behalf of the Small Firms Steering Group of the European Foundation for Management Development.
